ADI ADUM3070ARQZ-RL7

The ADuM3070 is a regulated DC-DC isolated power supply controller with an integrated internal MOSFET driver. This DC-DC controller incorporates an isolated PWM feedback on the secondary side, utilizing iCoupler chip-scale transformer technology with complete loop compensation — eliminating the need for an optocoupler for feedback and loop compensation for stability.

Compared to unregulated isolated DC-DC power supplies, the ADuM3070 delivers more stable output voltage and higher efficiency. Housed in a compact QSOP package with fully integrated feedback and loop compensation, it is smaller than any discrete solution. The regulated feedback provides a relatively flat efficiency curve across the entire output power range. The ADuM3070 enables DC-DC converters to deliver an isolated output voltage range of 3.3 V to 24 V from a 5.0 V or 3.3 V input voltage, with output power up to 2.5 W.
