Beschreibung
The STC12C5A60S2/AD/PWM series MCUs are single-clock/machine-cycle (1T) microcontrollers — a new generation of 8051 MCUs featuring high speed, low power consumption, and superior noise immunity. Fully compatible with traditional 8051 instruction sets while operating 8–12 times faster. Integrates an internal MAX810 dedicated reset circuit, 2-channel PWM, and 8-channel high-speed 10-bit A/D conversion (250K/S, i.e., 250,000 conversions/second), optimized for motor control and high-interference environments.
