What is a Pin Header?

A pin header is a type of connector. This type of connector serves extensively in PCB circuit boards in electronics, electrical appliances, and instruments. And it has a reputation as a universal connector. Generally used in conjunction with it are connectors such as female headers and line terminals.

The Function of Pin Headers

The pin header serves as a bridge between blocked or isolated circuits, transmitting current or signals. It is typically used with a header to create a board-to-board connection or with an electronic wiring harness terminal to create a board-to-wire connection. A Pin header is also suitable for board-to-board connections independently.

Excessive temperature rise of the injection molding machine will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt substances, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. The precipitates block the damping holes and slot valve ports, causing the pressure valve to become stuck and unable to operate, the metal pipeline to stretch and bend, or even rupture.

4.Reduce the viscosity of the oil

If the temperature of the injection molding machine rises too much, it can cause the oil viscosity to decrease. That, in turn, can lead to increased leakage and a significant reduction in the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the entire system. When the oil viscosity decreases, the oil film on moving parts, such as slide valves, becomes thinner and more prone to being cut. It increases frictional resistance and leads to increased wear.

As competition in the pin header connector market intensifies, some manufacturers are now using electroplating (imitation gold) and materials (green steel, alloy, etc.) to reduce costs, but this also reduces the use characteristics and life of the product.
