Guangdong Greater Bay Area Institute of Intergrated Circuit and System (GIICS )was established on August 2, 2019. There are 11 R&D centers specializing in scientific research and technology development, including FDSOI R&D Center, FDSOI Core Chip and Featured IP Center, Automotive Electronics Chip Business Unit, New X Day Business Unit, Computing Lithography research and development center, photoelectric integrated circuit research and development center, automotive electronic system division, smart chip and system research and development center, smart manufacturing research and development center, smart health laboratory, high-end integrated circuit public testing service platform.
