The HX6573 Hall Sensor is a latching Hall integrated circuit with a substantial output load capacity and excellent competitiveness. The device has a wide operating voltage range and a wide temperature range. High sensitivity Hall effect, wide application range, is suitable for general situations.
The HX6573 includes a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, open drain output, thermal shutdown protection, and high ESD protection on a single silicon chip.
This device requires the presence of both north and south polar magnetic fields to work. In the presence of a south polarity field of sufficient strength, the Hall Sensor device outputs locks and will only switch off when a north polarity field of strength is present.
The rated operating temperature of the HX6573 is ambient -40℃~85℃ (E temperature range) and -40℃~125℃ (K temperature range). It is a SOT-23, a tiny low-profile surface mount package.
The packaging type is halogen-free and verified by a third-party laboratory.
