Descrição
As a step-down (Buck) switching regulator, the UTC P2576/HV is capable of driving a 3A load. The UTC P2576/HV is exceptionally simple, requiring only a minimum number of external components. An internal frequency compensation network and fixed-frequency oscillator are included. The UTC P2576/HV is compatible with standard inductors, simplifying the design of switch-mode power supplies. The UTC P2576/HV guarantees ±10% accuracy over output load conditions and oscillator frequency. It features an external shutdown function with a standby current of 50μA. In addition, thermal shutdown protection is provided under fault conditions for comprehensive protection, and the output switch incorporates cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
