WXNSIC NST03AA

NST03AA is a Bluetooth charging dock SOC integrating lithium battery charge management, synchronous boost converter, battery fuel gauge, and protection functions. The chip's complete functional integration minimizes external application components, significantly reducing solution size and BOM cost, while the chip itself draws only 5uA standby current. The NST03AA features a 0.3A charging current, and the synchronous boost converter supports 0.7A output, with single-click power on/off button support and automatic shutdown under no-load conditions. The NST03AA incorporates built-in power path management, supporting pass-through charging (simultaneous charge and discharge), with heavy-load and short-circuit protection during pass-through operation — eliminating the need for an external diode while effectively preventing it from burning out under heavy load or short circuit conditions.
