Description
Low input power consumption, low dropout voltage, input voltage rating: 6.5V, low quiescent current: 0.8uA, high output accuracy: ±1%, integrated short-circuit protection. The LR8103 series is a low-power linear regulator implemented in CMOS process, featuring excellent low dropout voltage and low quiescent current characteristics. This series supports a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and provides several fixed output voltages in the range of 1.2V~5.0V, capable of delivering 300mA output current. The built-in short-circuit protection circuit ensures safe operation and extended service life.
