Descrição
The FCT2573T is an octal transparent latch fabricated using advanced dual-metal CMOS technology. These octal latches feature three-state outputs, making them suitable for bus-oriented applications. When the Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH, the flip-flops are transparent to data. When LE is LOW, data meeting the setup time is latched. When the Output Enable (OE) is LOW, data appears on the bus. When OE is HIGH, the bus outputs are in a high-impedance state. The FCT2573T features balanced drive outputs with current-limiting resistors, enabling low ground bounce, minimal undershoot, and controlled output fall time, reducing the need for external series termination resistors. The FCT2573T device is a direct replacement for the FCT573T device.
