The TLV702 series low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent line and load transient performance. These LDOs are designed to save board space in power-sensitive applications. A high-precision bandgap and error amplifier provide 2% total accuracy. Low output noise, very high PSRR, and low dropout voltage make these devices ideal for a wide range of battery-powered handheld devices. All device versions feature thermal shutdown and current limiting for safe operation.

In addition, these devices remain stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1 μF. This allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature derating. These devices regulate to a specified accuracy without an output load.

The TLV702P series also offers an active pull-down circuit for fast output discharge.

The TLV702 series LDO linear regulators are available in SOT23-5 and 1.5mm×1.5mm WSON-6 packages.
