SSI/ IS62/65C5128EL is a high-speed 4M-bit SRAM organized as 512K words × 8 bits. It is fabricated using /SSI/'s high-performance CMOS technology. This highly reliable process, combined with innovative circuit design techniques, delivers high-performance, low-power devices. When the chip select signal CS# is high (deselected), the device enters standby mode, in which CMOS input levels reduce power consumption. Memory expansion is easily achieved using chip select enable and output enable inputs. The active-low write enable signal WE# controls read and write operations of the memory. IS62/65C5128EL is available in JEDEC-standard 32-pin sTSOP (Type I), 32-pin SOP, and TSOP (Type II) packages.
