The FNB41060 is a Motion SPM® 45 module that provides a highly comprehensive, high-performance inverter output platform for AC induction, brushless DC, and PMSM motors. These modules are comprehensively optimized with integrated IGBT gate drives to minimize EMI and power losses. Multiple protection features are also provided, including integrated under-voltage lockout, overcurrent protection, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage and converts logic-level gate input signals into high-voltage, high-current drive signals to effectively drive the module's internal IGBTs. Individual IGBT negative terminals are available on each phase, supporting a wide variety of control algorithms.
