HGSEMI HGA1051-3DQ3/TR

The HGA1051 high-speed CAN transceiver provides an interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. Designed for high-speed CAN applications in the automotive industry, it offers differential transmit and receive capability for CAN protocol controllers. The HGA1051 features enhanced EMC and ESD performance, along with the following characteristics: ideal passive behavior on the CAN bus when the supply is switched off; variants with a V10 pin for direct interfacing with microcontrollers operating at supply voltages from 3.3V to 5V. The HGA1051 implements the CAN physical layer as defined in ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 through SAE J2284-5. This implementation supports reliable communication at data rates up to 5Mbps during the CAN FD fast phase.
