SD670XD is a control IC dedicated to non-isolated LED driving, featuring a Buck topology in peripheral applications. With its proprietary sampling technique, it achieves high constant current accuracy and excellent line/load regulation. SD670XD integrates various protection functions, including output open/short circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. SD670XD features ultra-low startup current and operating current, enabling efficient driving of high-brightness LEDs across the full input voltage range (85VAC~265VAC). SD670XD integrates a built-in high-voltage power MOSFET, effectively reducing system cost and overall form factor.
