TLV4964 - 4T is an integrated Hall-effect device specifically designed for high-precision applications, featuring excellent supply voltage capability and temperature stability of magnetic thresholds. The chopper Hall IC switch incorporates a Hall probe, bias generator, compensation circuit, oscillator, and output transistor. The bias generator supplies current to the Hall probe and active circuits, while the compensation circuit stabilizes temperature characteristics and reduces the effects of process variations. Active error compensation (chopper technique) eliminates offset in the signal path, as well as the effects of thermal stress on the Hall probe caused by molding and soldering processes during packaging. The chopper measurement principle, combined with a threshold generator and comparator, ensures high-precision and temperature-stable magnetic thresholds. The output transistor features integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protection. The magnetic threshold exhibits hysteresis characteristics, with corresponding output states under specific magnetic field conditions. The internal supply voltage V_DDA tracks the external supply voltage V_DD.
