COSEMITECH CH464ANTB

CH464A and CH464AN are small, general-purpose digital Hall-effect devices designed to respond to alternating south and north magnetic poles. These bipolar latch sensor ICs feature enhanced sensitivity, typically allowing the use of lower-cost magnets. Two package types are available: CH464AS/CH464ANS in an ultra-compact SOT-23-3L SMT package, and CH464AT/CH464ANT in a leaded flat TO-92S package. The small footprint of CH464AS/CH464ANS requires less PCB space, making it suitable for smaller assemblies. Its 3V operating capability enables use in low-voltage applications with improved energy efficiency. CH464AS/CH464ANS is available in tape-and-reel packaging; CH464AT/CH464ANT is available in bulk packaging (1000 pieces per bag).
