The TPA2295C series are high-voltage, high-side current sense amplifiers with voltage output, internal comparator, and voltage reference. The device detects the voltage drop across a shunt resistor at common-mode voltages ranging from -0.1V to 70V. The TPA2295C offers five output voltage gains: 20V/V, 50V/V, 60V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V, with a bandwidth up to 0.5MHz. The TPA2295C integrates an open-drain comparator with an internal 0.6V reference and latch functionality. The TPA2295C operates from a 3.0V to 18V single supply and delivers breakthrough performance over the full temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It employs a zero-drift core to achieve an offset drift of 0.5μV/°C across the full operating temperature and common-mode voltage range. The TPA2295C is available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
