Descrizione
Silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky barrier diodes offer performance advantages that enable power electronics systems to achieve higher efficiency standards than silicon-based solutions, while also delivering higher switching frequencies and power density. SiC diodes can be easily connected in parallel to meet diverse application requirements without concern for thermal runaway.
