These products are single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel hermetic optocouplers. The products are capable of operation and storage over the full temperature range, available for purchase as commercial products, and also offered with testing to MIL-PRF-38534 Class H or Class K. All devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified production line.

Each channel contains an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain photodetector. The detector features a threshold with hysteresis to provide differential-mode noise immunity and eliminate the possibility of output signal jitter. The detector in the single-channel device has a three-state output stage for direct connection to a data bus. The output is non-inverting. The detector IC incorporates an internal shield to ensure common-mode transient immunity of up to 10000 V/μs. Enhanced power supply rejection eliminates the need for special power supply bypassing precautions.
