Opis
AAD08D2500 is a high-speed wideband ADC fabricated using Si-based process technology. The device converts differential 540mV analog input signals into 8-bit digital signals. It integrates two sub-ADCs with a maximum operating frequency of 2.5GS/s, supporting interleaved or non-interleaved modes, and outputs data through an LVDS interface after 2× demultiplexing. Output signals include 1 clock lane, 32 data output lanes, and 2 over-range bit outputs, all compliant with LVDS voltage standards. The device operates from +4.6V/+3.3V/+1.8V power supplies with a total power consumption of approximately 4W. Two package options are supported: LQFP and FC-BGA. The enhanced thermal pad LQFP package features 144 pins and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40℃ ≤ TA ≤ 85℃. The flip-chip FC-BGA package features 380 pins.
