Advanced materials and testing enable this series to achieve a reliability level of 0.5%/1000 hours at rated voltage and temperature. The T499 AUTO meets Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 per J STD 020, with unlimited floor life at ≤30°C/85% RH. The T499 AUTO is available in five standard EIA case sizes with RoHS-compliant terminations as standard.
