The S-1711 series is a 2-channel positive voltage regulator developed based on CMOS technology, featuring low dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, and low current consumption, with an output current of up to 150 mA per channel. This series is compatible with small 1.0 μF ceramic capacitors and integrates two regulators with ±1.0% output voltage accuracy in SOT-23-6 or ultra-compact SNT-6A packages. Types A/B/E/F are equipped with a discharge function, enabling high-speed output response when using the ON/OFF pin. Compared to conventional 2-channel CMOS regulators with 150 mA output current, the ultra-compact SNT-6A package combined with small ceramic capacitors enables high-density mounting. In addition, the low current consumption characteristics make this series well-suited for mobile device applications.
