Opis
The TLV316-Q1 (single), TLV2316-Q1 (dual), and TLV4316-Q1 (quad) devices form a family of low-power, general-purpose op-amps. This device family combines rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 400μA per channel), wide 10MHz bandwidth, and ultra-low noise (12nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making it well-suited for circuits that demand both speed and favorable power efficiency. The low input bias current enables use in applications with source impedances up to the megaohm range. The extremely low current noise resulting from the TLVx316-Q1's low input bias current makes this family a preferred choice for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The TLVx316-Q1 features a robust design for ease of use by circuit designers. It offers unity-gain stability, integrated RFI and EMI rejection filters, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM). These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). This latest addition of low-voltage CMOS op-amps to the portfolio, combined with the TLVx313-Q1 and TLVx314-Q1 families, provides users with a broad range of bandwidth, noise, and power options, offering flexibility and convenience to meet the demands of diverse applications.
