Beschreibung
This device is a 240-MHz 32-bit RX microcontroller integrating a double-precision floating-point unit capable of achieving a 1396 CoreMark score, along with a trigonometric function unit. It offers up to 4-MB of flash memory (with dual-bank support) and 1-MB of SRAM, as well as multiple communication interfaces including an IEEE 1588-compliant Ethernet MAC, SD host interface, quad-wire SPI, and CAN. Additionally, it features a 12-bit ADC, real-time clock, cryptographic functions (optional), serial audio interface, CMOS camera interface, graphic LCD controller, and 2D drawing engine.
