Beschreibung
The 1N5221BUR-1 through 1N5281BUR-1 series are 0.5W Zener voltage regulators in a metallurgically bonded configuration, providing surface-mount equivalents to the popular JEDEC-registered 1N5221 through 1N5281 series for 2.4V to 200V applications. They are available in standard 5% or 10% tolerances, as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. Microsemi also offers many other Zener products to address higher and lower power application requirements.
