Littelfuse SG450

The SG Series gas discharge tubes deliver high surge capability in a miniature package. Designed for SMT mounting on PCBs, they feature a compact 4.5×3.2×2.7mm footprint. Low insertion loss makes them ideal for broadband equipment applications. Capacitance remains constant regardless of voltage, avoiding operational issues in ADSL2+ applications where capacitance variation between Tip and Ring is undesirable. These devices are extremely robust, capable of conducting 1000A pulses without damage.
