SG-8002 series programmable crystal oscillators with CMOS output. Frequency range: 1 MHz to 125 MHz. Supply voltage: 3.0V, 3.3V, or 5.0V. Features output enable (OE) or standby (ST̄) function. PLL technology enables shorter lead times for small-volume production. The metal case is enclosed within the plastic molding compound and may be exposed on the top or bottom of the product, but this does not affect quality, reliability, or electrical specifications. Package and pinout are compatible with SG-636 and SG-615 respectively. To ensure stable operation, a 0.01uF to 0.1uF bypass capacitor is required between Vcc and GND near the crystal product power supply terminal.
