The MICRF302 is a parallel encoder designed for use with QwikRadio family radios, significantly reducing RF product design time. The device is easy to use, offers extended communication range, and maintains exceptional stability across operating temperature and voltage ranges.

The MICRF302 parallel encoder simplifies encoded data transmission. The device encodes data from four input pins featuring internal pull-up resistors and debounce circuitry. These inputs can be connected to switches or external circuits. The MICRF302 serially outputs encoded data and can be connected directly to any QwikRadio transmitter without additional components.

The MICRF302 provides communication reliability through a built-in CRC. No external clock generation components are required. Unlike other encoders on the market, its performance does not vary with changes in operating temperature or voltage. The internal clock ensures stable data operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The MICRF302 operates at supply voltages from 1.8 V to 3.6 V. Battery-friendly by design, it is compatible with alkaline, NiCd, NiMH, Li-ion, or lithium batteries.
