TD302D232H and TD502D232H are high-speed dual-channel isolated RS-232 transceivers designed for bidirectional data communication, supporting baud rates up to 115200bps. These transceivers integrate an isolated DC/DC converter internally, enabling electrical isolation between the controller and the RS-232 transceiver with a single power supply. The maximum isolation voltage reaches 2500VDC, eliminating the need for an external isolated power supply and simplifying user implementation.
