Descrizione
The CD74LPT16373 is a 16-bit transparent latch with 3-state outputs, designed for bus-oriented applications. The output enable and latch enable controls allow operation as two 8-bit latches or one 16-bit latch. When the Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH, the flip-flops are transparent to data. When LE is LOW, data meeting the setup time requirement is latched. When OE is HIGH, the bus outputs are in a high-impedance state. The CD74LPT16373 can be driven by 3.3V or 5.0V devices, allowing it to be used as a translator in 3.3V/5.0V mixed systems.
