Descrizione
The LR75XX series is a group of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. They allow input voltages up to 24V, and CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. Several fixed output voltage options are available, ranging from 2.5V to 5.0V.
The LR75XX can deliver 100mA of output current while maintaining good regulation performance. Due to the low dropout voltage between input and output and the low quiescent current, these devices are particularly suitable for computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
