FPF2165 does not shut down upon a current-limit fault but continues operating in constant-current mode. The minimum current limit is 150mA. These devices are available in a space-saving 6-pin 2X2MLP package.

FPF2163, FPF2164, and FPF2165 are current-limiting switches that protect systems and loads from damage in high-current applications.
