Descrizione
The MA4L and MADL series are silicon PIN limiter diodes with small-to-medium I-region lengths, designed for high-signal applications. These devices provide low insertion loss at zero bias, low flat leakage power, and fast signal response/recovery times. Products are available as discrete bare die and can be assembled into various SMT or ceramic die packages. For specific ceramic package styles and their availability with corresponding individual part numbers, refer to the Available Package Styles table.
