MICROCHIP JAN1N4122DUR-1/TR

The 1N4099UR through 1N4135UR and 1N4614UR through 1N4627UR series are 0.5W glass SMT DO-213AA Zener voltage regulators offering voltage selections from 1.8V to 100V in standard 5% tolerance as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. An internal metallurgical bonding option is also available by adding a "-1" suffix (see separate datasheet). Microsemi offers a wide range of additional Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.
