Beschreibung
The MD53XX series is a low-dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, ultra-low quiescent current, positive-voltage linear regulator developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the input-to-output voltage dropout is low. The maximum operating voltage reaches 10V, making it suitable for applications requiring higher voltage ratings. The output also features short-circuit protection to effectively prevent IC damage.
