The SC91F8312 is an enhanced ultra-fast 1T 8051 industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with built-in Ftouch capacitive touch key functionality, fully compatible with the traditional 8051 instruction set. It integrates 12 high-performance capacitive touch key circuits internally. Additional resources include: 8KB Flash ROM (internal 256-byte area usable as EEPROM), 512B SRAM, 17 GP I/Os (all I/Os configurable as COM or SEG for software LCD), two 16-bit timers, one independent baud rate UART, six 12-bit high-precision ADC channels, three external dual-edge interrupt pins, two 8-bit PWM channels (PWM0 can be routed to two different I/Os via selection), an internal 1% high-precision 16/8MHz oscillator, and a built-in 32kHz oscillator.

To enhance reliability and simplify circuitry, the device also integrates a 4-level selectable voltage LVR, a 2.4V ADC reference voltage, an internal VDD voltage detection circuit, and a WDT with other high-reliability power management circuits. It offers excellent noise immunity and EMI resistance, making it well-suited for smart home appliances, smart home systems, and consumer electronics applications.
