Opis
The IRS4427 is a power switch driver featuring matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The IRS4427 provides high latch immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. It will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. The IRS4427 can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its outputs without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0kV. The IRS4427 is available in a DIP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
