Descrizione
The M675S02 is a SAW-based single-frequency/single-output VCSO designed for low-jitter clock generation. A SAW delay line serves as a high-Q resonator, while a low-noise SiGe VCSO IC provides a low noise floor and low 1/f phase noise. The combination of the SAW delay line and custom IC delivers ultra-low phase noise and jitter performance. The M675S02 operates over a frequency range of 500 to 1000 MHz with a guaranteed minimum pulling range of ±120 ppm. The industry-standard Kvco ensures full drop-in compatibility for most designs. The M675S02 is ideal for PLL applications, clock and data recovery circuits, and other timing applications in telecommunications and fiber optic network systems.
