Broadcom HDSP-7801-LM000

These 7.6 mm (0.3 inch) LED seven-segment displays are designed for viewing distances up to 3 m (10 ft). These devices feature industry-standard package dimensions and pinouts. Both numeric and ±1 overflow devices have a right-hand decimal point. All devices are available in common-anode or common-cathode configurations. These displays are ideal for most applications. Pin-compatible low-current versions are also available. Low-current displays are well suited for portable applications.

• Color options: AlInGaP deep red, AlInGaP red, AlInGaP yellow, AlInGaP green, and GaP orange
• Superior appearance: uniform segment illumination, beveled segment edges, surface color for optimal contrast, ±50° viewing angle
• Design flexibility: common anode or common cathode, right-hand decimal point, ±1 right-hand decimal point overflow character
