The ADuM1240/ADuM1241/ADuM1245/ADuM1246 are micropower, dual-channel digital isolators based on iCoupler technology. These devices meet regulatory requirements such as UL and CSA standards. In addition to space-saving package options, the ADuM1240/ADuM1241/ADuM1245/ADuM1246 can operate from supplies as low as 2.25 V. All models feature low pulse width distortion of less than 8 ns. Furthermore, each model includes an input glitch filter to prevent interference from spurious noise.
