The third generation Power MOSFETs provide designers with the best combination of fast switching, ruggedized device design, low on-resistance and cost-effectiveness. The 4-lead DIP package is a low cost, machine insertable package style that offers a wide variety of configurations for stacking on standard 0.1 inch centers. The dual drain serves as a thermal bond to the mounting surface and allows power dissipation levels to 1 W.
