SiChange XTLV73333-XC

XTLV73333 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low power LDO linear regulator. The device operates from a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, delivering up to 300mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Its innovative design achieves a no-load quiescent current as low as 15μA, making it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The device provides excellent noise rejection without an external noise bypass capacitor, while maintaining superior PSRR and line/load transient response performance. By combining ultra-low noise with extremely low quiescent current, the device maximizes battery life in portable devices. For space-constrained high-performance applications, the device can be used with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet requirements. The device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
