Descrizione
GD32E232xx devices belong to the GD32E2xx series mainstream microcontrollers, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 32-bit RISC core. This series achieves a balance among enhanced processing capability, reduced power consumption, and peripheral integration. The Cortex-M23 processor incorporates a complete DSP instruction set and an MPU for enhanced application security. These microcontrollers integrate up to 64 KB of embedded Flash and 8 KB of SRAM, with extensive enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. The series offers up to 2 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 basic timer, 1 advanced PWM timer, and standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to 2 SPI, 2 I2C, 2 USART, and 1 I2S. The devices also integrate 1 12-bit ADC, 1 12-bit DAC, 2 comparators, and 1 Configurable Logic Array (CLA). The series operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃ with a supply voltage of 1.8 V to 3.6 V. Multiple power-saving modes provide flexible optimization between wake-up latency and power consumption, suitable for low-power applications. The series is available in two package options: QFN32 (4×4 mm) and QFN24 (3×3 mm). All variants share the same peripherals, enabling maximum design flexibility for developers.
