Descrizione
The LV574A device is an octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop designed to operate at VCC from 2V to 5.5V. These devices feature 3-state outputs specifically designed to drive highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads. These devices are particularly suitable for implementing buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. On a positive transition of the clock (CLK) input, the Q outputs are set to the logic levels established at the data (D) inputs.
Caratteristiche
- 2V to 5.5V VCC operation
- tpd max 7.1ns at 5V
- VOLP (output ground bounce) typical < 0.8V (VCC = 3.3V, TA = 25℃)
- VOHV (output VOH undershoot) typical > 2.3V (VCC = 3.3V, TA = 25℃)
- Mixed-mode voltage operation on all ports
- Ioff supports partial power-down mode operation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
