The BD52xx-2C and BD53xx-2C series are high-accuracy, low-power voltage detector ICs featuring a delay function controlled by an external capacitor. The series includes both N-channel open-drain output and CMOS output types, allowing users to select based on application requirements. The devices offer specific detection voltages ranging from 0.9V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps. The delay accuracy is ±50% over the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
