The widely popular 1N957B through 1N992B series 0.5W Zener voltage regulators offer standard 5% or 10% tolerance selections from 6.8 to 200 volts, as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These glass axial-lead DO-35 Zener diodes are also available with a "-1" suffix for an internal metallurgical bond option, and an "e3" suffix for RoHS compliance. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.

Regulates voltage over a wide range of operating currents and temperatures, voltage range of 6.8 to 200V, standard voltage tolerance of ±5% for B suffix and ±10% for A suffix, with C or D suffix offering tight tolerances of ±2% or ±1% respectively, flexible axial lead mounting terminals, insensitive to ESD, minimal capacitance, and inherent radiation hardness.
