개요
LT1634 is a micropower, high-precision shunt voltage reference. This bandgap reference uses trimmed precision thin-film resistors to achieve 0.05% initial voltage accuracy. An improved curvature correction technique guarantees a maximum temperature drift of 10 ppm/°C. Advances in design, process, and packaging technology ensure 10 µA operating current and low temperature cycling hysteresis. The LT1634 requires no output compensation capacitor, yet is stable with capacitive loads. Low dynamic impedance makes the LT1634 reference easy to use from unregulated supplies.
When lower power consumption and guaranteed temperature drift are required, the LT1634 serves as a high-performance upgrade replacement for the LM185/LM385, LT1004, and LT1034.
