Beschreibung
The CPC3902 is a 250V N-channel depletion-mode MOSFET fabricated using a proprietary third-generation vertical DMOS process, achieving high-voltage performance in an economical silicon-gate process. This vertical DMOS process produces rugged devices with high input impedance, suitable for power supply applications. As with all MOS devices, the FET structure prevents thermal runaway and thermally induced secondary breakdown, making the CPC3902 well suited for high-power applications. The CPC3902 is available in a SOT-223 package.
