Beschreibung
This series of Zener voltage regulators conforms to MIL-PRF-19500/406 and is designed for high-reliability applications where failure is not an option. These industry-recognized 1.5W Zener voltage regulators are hermetically sealed in a void-free glass construction with internal metallurgical bonding. The series includes Zener selections with a standard tolerance of 5% and voltage ranges from 3.3 to 200V. Versions with 1% and 2% tolerances are also available. Microsemi offers many other Zener products to meet higher and lower power requirements in through-hole and surface-mount packages.

Anwendungen
Regulates voltage over a wide range of operating current and temperature, with voltage range of 3.3 to 200V, standard voltage tolerance of ±5%, with tighter tolerance versions of ±2% or ±1% also available, flexible axial lead mounting terminals, insensitive to ESD, with inherent radiation hardness.
