The DSC1101 and DSC1121 series high-performance oscillators leverage proven silicon MEMS technology to deliver exceptional jitter performance and stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. By eliminating the need for quartz or SAW technology, MEMS oscillators significantly enhance reliability and accelerate product development, while meeting the stringent clock performance requirements of various communications, storage, and networking applications. The DSC1101 features a standby function that enables complete power-down when the EN pin is pulled low, whereas the DSC1121 only disables the output when EN is low. Both oscillators are available in industry-standard packages, including a compact 2.5mm×2.0mm package, providing a drop-in replacement for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz crystal oscillators.
